Office Group NZ operates Office.101, a premium coworking and serviced office space located at 101 Station Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061, New Zealand. Personal & Contact Details

- Website enquiry form submissions.

- Bank account details for direct debit arrangements.

- CCTV footage within common areas.

How We Collect Information
- Directly from you when you submit a website enquiry, book a tour, book Studio.101, contact us, or otherwise communicate with us.
- From third parties such as a colleague, employer, referrer, or other person acting on your behalf where permitted.
- Automatically through website technologies such as cookies, analytics tools, and server logs.
Indirect Collection and IPP 3A
In some cases, we may collect personal information about you from someone else rather than directly from you. For example, this may happen where a colleague, employer, assistant, or other representative submits an enquiry or booking that includes your details.
Where required by the Privacy Act 2020, we will take reasonable steps to make the individual concerned aware that we have collected their information, why we collected it, who we may share it with, and their rights to access and correction, unless an exception under the Act applies.
If you provide us with someone else's personal information, you should only do so where you are authorised or it is otherwise appropriate to provide it.

Who We Share It With
We may share your information with trusted service providers and other parties where reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including GoCardless for direct debit payment processing, PandaDocs for electronic signature of agreements, Resend for email communications, and Supabase for secure data storage.
We may also share information with professional advisers, emergency services, regulators, or other parties where required or permitted by law.
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and for a reasonable period after your membership ends. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by NZ tax law.
Your Rights Under the Privacy Act 2020
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, ask us whether we hold personal information about you, and lodge a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner if you believe we have breached your privacy.
